I hate to have to say it, but it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to finish my second fic by the 13th. My laptop died of a fatal disease last week and that has hampered my writing like you might imagine.

The only time I have to type up what I have written in my notebook is during my lunch break at work. Hoping to get a loaner soon, but it won't be in time. And I'm going away on vacation all next week. Sigh.

I feel really bad, but I promise this fic will be finished and posted as soon as humanly possible!

I have an idea now, but damn I feel like my Muses are trying to be difficult on purpose! We've been playing Kerbal Space Program, so naturally they thought it would be fun if Rodney was helping to make a game, and cursing how the science is not accurate, and then there would be this Sheppard guy who was hired to make the game more playable instead of just scientific and boring, and it would be AU, and the game would be set in Atlantis, and the story would be called 'Only You Can Save Atlantis [insert player name], and, and....

I know nothing of game designing! Or much of physics either! But I want to write this! Eeeeek! *heavy sigh* Why does this always happen to me *insert writerly angst and griping*
