I love it how different languages have words that express so much. (and recently mentions of hair just remind me of Blair :D Hmm, I bet he knows the word... *me thinks I saw a plot bunny*)
If there's one word from Finnish I'd love to be able to use, (even if it doesn't necessarily sound so pretty) it's hämärä (http://www.wordsense.eu/h%C3%A4m%C3%A4r%C3%A4/), which can mean anything from dimly lit or twilight to shady and mysterious. I often have trouble describing lighting situations in English :D (though I love the word 'murky' for some reason)
