From the headers list it looks like you don't want us to sign up until we have a finished piece ready to go, like until we know the medium, the title (often the last thing to be figured out), ratings and warnings etc. Initial artist sign ups are usually more like expressions of intent - 'yes, I definitely plan to make something' - and contact details, but no real details about the artwork at that very early stage. So do you want us to wait until we've completed the piece and know all the details, before signing up? And should we give main usernames and contact details? I'm worried that people may not sign up before the deadline if they have to finish the piece first.
