Slow dancing
I am listening to a lot of Dr SaxLove these days.
What my heart really wants is an evening of doing nothing but watch John and Rodney slow dance to this music.
A starry night, a softly-lit jazz bar, no one else paying attention to John and Rodney's corner of the dance floor.

John's got his arm around Rodney, tucking him close. Tonight there's no reason for there to be any space between them, and damn if that doesn't feel good.
Rodney's head is on his shoulder, his warm breath tickling John's ear. They move together with an easy sway of hips that's as much of a tease as it is a dance.
From time-to-time, John's hand drifts down from its place on the small of Rodney's back and rests on the rise of Rodney's ass. And, every time Rodney huffs into his ear, a tiny snort of laughter as if he can't quite believe any of this is real. As if it still amazes him that John wants him like this.
That's fair. John feels the same way. If not for Rodney's courage at speaking up, coming to his room at 2 a.m. with a streak of grease smeared across one cheek and fire in his eyes....

With no place else they have to be, and a sax player that's clearly got his groove on, they have the whole night ahead for dancing.
