Notes: So my prompt was 81 here, and I ended up writing about half of it (McKay nearly dies, prompting Sheppard to make some romantic gesture, well, sort of; you'll see) but I couldn't fit in the Zelenka/bet/public part without seriously messing up the tone, so I left that out. Rest assured, that trope will come back in a fic that I'll hopefully post next week sometime.
