Plane porn!!! :P I know nothing of the technical side of things, but I have to agree, planes are sexy. My favourite is the Spitfire ^_^

I was lucky this year, there was an international airshow here! I got to see gorgeous planes, old and new, like the De Havilland Vampire (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Havilland_Vampire), and some F-18's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F/A-18_Hornet). The sound of that engine is just, oh wow...

Someone really shoud write a plane porn McShep, I just don't have the skill or the knowledge required ;_;

I've always thought the SR-71 was a dead sexy plane, along with the Mustang and the B-29, but now I have a new favorite... the Staggerwing!!

Actually, what this post has done is rekindle my desire to finish my Airport AU I began writing too long ago to admit. In that story, I had Rodney restoring a Stearman (another great-looking plane), but I thing I'm going to change it to a Staggerwing now - just so John can tell him that it's one of the 10 sexiest airplanes and watch his cheeks flush. Thank you!!!!

I've always been fascinated by aircraft. My favours is the Spitfire (see icon) but the Boeing Stearman is also on my list... They are known as the "Crunchie Planes" seen here at our local airshow.
