Rocky Road to Romance

Why this picture? Because John and Rodney are guys, often clueless, and I firmly believe they both have days they wouldn't recognize romance if it were a wet fish slapping them in the face.

I also believe they'll get there. Eventually.

With Rodney complaining about the sun, and the heat, and the lack of water the entire way, while John drags him up the hill by his vest. :-)

For some reason, I can see our two boys, running down this road being chased by some monkey-dinosaur hybrid monster, Rodney complaining about it and saying something like, "And I never told you how much I liked you. I mean really, really liked you." And of course John nearly tumbles, gets back in step, and says, "You want to talk about that now!?!?!? Tell you what - if we make it to the 'jumper alive, I'll blow you in the pilot's seat."
