A 'Splash' (the movie) fusion - Feeling grumpy and unloved, MermanRodney thinks he can find love like the mermaid Madison if he can save someone from drowning too. That someone turns out to be John Sheppard.

Rodney's missing a meal - again - and John finds him on his own in the lab. Rodney says he'll be here in five, but John just hugs him, and says he can take his time, 'cause he has everything he needs :) probably Rodney actually gets emotional about this
